A Beacon Hill Proposal & Engagement Session
There’s something timeless about Beacon Hill. No matter how many times I photograph there, it never gets old. From the iconic cobblestones of Acorn Street to the charming brick sidewalks, beautiful doorways, and hidden corners, it seems like every turn reveals another perfect backdrop.
This proposal and engagement session was especially lovely. These two have such a beautiful connection, and capturing the way they look at each other, laugh together, and simply enjoy being in one another’s company made the session a joy.
After the excitement of the proposal, we wandered through Beacon Hill, taking advantage of its endless charm. Acorn Street is always a classic, but some of my favorite images often come from the quieter, unexpected spots along the way. The historic architecture, soft light, and intimate streets create a setting that feels both effortlessly romantic and distinctly Boston.
What I love most about sessions like this is that the photographs become about so much more than the location. It's the little glances, the laughter, and the way two people naturally connect that make the images meaningful.
Beacon Hill will always be one of my favorite places to photograph couples. Its timeless beauty, combined with the excitement and emotion of a newly engaged couple, makes for a truly amazing session.
